Andrea Barra

Stylist

Andrea Barra began his professional career as a fashion designer, which gives him a deep and thoughtful approach to fashion styling and direction. His passion for fabrics—how they look with certain structures and how different materials can harmonize to create the perfect outfit, editorial, catwalk, or creative concept—continues to define his aesthetic and professional vision.
Another meaningful aspect of Andrea’s professional life is teaching. As a styling instructor at IED, one of the most prestigious fashion schools, he initially questioned his decision to teach but soon discovered how fulfilling it is. Today, he considers his relationship with students and the opportunity to mentor emerging talent as one of the most rewarding parts of his career.

His experience working for e-commerce platforms such as Folli Follie, Base Blu e-shops, and Antonioli as a stylist, as well as his role as a visual merchandiser for the high-end boutique Tiziana Fausti in Bergamo, Italy, has given him the opportunity to collaborate closely with various social media platforms. Passionate about digital storytelling, Andrea enjoys teamwork and excels at creating fashion content—from styling and product descriptions to monthly homepage editorials and creative content plans.
Ultimately, Andrea Barra hopes to return to his first love: fashion design. Creativity remains the driving force behind his work, and he finds great joy in collaborating with inspiring people to produce free-minded fashion editorials for magazines such as Shon, Zink, Flamboyant Magazine, Marie Claire Hong Kong, and others.
